Return the product
It happens, but very rarely, that the product works not as good as expected: not all shots are done, the fuse burns out and the firework does not work, etc. If such an incident happened with products, which you bought in our e-store, and you want to exchange it or return the money, fill in this form and attach a photo or video of the defective product.
Additional information:
After sending the form, you can pick up a new or similar product in any of our stores, or we will deliver it to you for free. Refunds are only possible with a personal presence in our store.

Indicators of defective products subject to change:
- the firework did not shot all charges: some pipes still contain charges
- the fuse burned out, but the firework did not start

one of the charges worked in a pipe, damaging the whole construction of the product
- You think it will be fair to get money back or to replace the product
Indicators of products not subject to change:
- the firework completely shot off all the charges very quickly / slowly, not as it is written on the site;
- the product fell on its side during operation;
- You think that the effects do not correspond to what you saw on the video clip on the site.
