If your fireworks did not work or worked partly, you can return the money, for this, follow the link and use the return form.
How is payment and delivery done?
After receiving the order confirmation, you will receive an invoice to pay for the goods to the specified e-mail address. If you decide on delivery by courier, you pay via internet bank. The goods are delivered by our company's courier. If you want to pick up the goods yourself, you can pay for the goods on the spot either in cash or with a bank card. The ordered products can be picked up at the Xfire pyrotechnics booth at Punane 16, Tallinn (Idakeskus). Outside the New Year season, please call +372 5198 1986 in advance
Fireworks did not start or started partially. What to do?
Do not approach the salute for at least 20 minutes. Then inspect the product without bending over to make sure the fireworks are completely extinguished. It is recommended to place the product in a container of water so that the water completely covers it. Minimum duration of soaking – 3 hours. Be sure to return the fireworks to the seller. You are entitled to a refund or exchange. Read instructions on how to do this here.

What time do you work on New Year's Eve?
On December 31, the point of sale in Idakeskus will be open until 5:00 p.m., in the Kollane center until 8:00 p.m. and at Endla 92 until 8:00 p.m. After that, the courier works by calling +372 5198 1986 and delivers products within Tallinn.

How to properly store fireworks?
The storage room for pyrotechnics must be dry and cool. It is forbidden to place fireworks near heaters, heating pipes and flammable substances. If you live in a private house, a heated glazed porch is ideal. The main thing is to make sure that the place where the pyrotechnics are stored is not damp. If you live in a city apartment, do not under any circumstances store fireworks on the balcony. There they will definitely get wet and may become unusable. Pyrotechnics can become damp not only due to humidity, but also due to temperature fluctuations, for example, if you have carried fireworks in a car for several hours in cold weather and then immediately moved them to a warm room. This results in the formation of condensation on the surface of the package. Wipe the boxes dry and leave them in a dry room for a few days. If you follow all the rules, the fireworks will remain fully ready for launching for several years!
How to launch fireworks correctly?
Buy fireworks only from licensed and licensed dealers! How to start a battery of fireworks: Place the box with the fireworks on a horizontal surface without slopes or bumps. Secure the box to prevent it from tipping over. If you make fireworks in winter, it is perfect to use snow for this purpose, if in summer, for example, stones or bricks. Carefully release the ignition cord. The ignition cord is usually located on the top or side of the box. If the igniter cord is not visible, it is possible that the firework has a cover on it that needs to be removed (see the instructions for the specific product). Pull the ignition cord straight to its full length, but do not stretch! Now light the fuse with the lighter. Be sure to do it with an outstretched hand! After you are sure that the fuse has ignited on the hiss, turn your back on the product and leave quickly. You must move to a safe distance (20 meters). How to start Roman candles: A Roman candle is a long tube with a pyrotechnic charge inside. The tube must be inserted at a slight angle 2/3 of the way into the snow or soil so that the charge is directed AWAY from the spectators. For obvious reasons, it is more convenient to let Roman candles fly in winter, when there is a lot of snow and the problem of sticking a pipe into it is eliminated. If you use Roman candles in the summer, you definitely need a place with soft soil, such as sand. However, if you only have an asphalted or concreted square at your disposal, it is better not to buy Roman candles. Once you have attached the candle, pull the ignition cord straight and light it with an outstretched hand and move to a safe distance (10-15 meters). ATTENTION! Never start a roman candle while holding it. It ends with dire consequences!
When can fireworks be set off?
Fireworks can be set off year-round if the night is quiet. According to the rules of public order, curfew in Estonia is valid from 22:00 to 06:00 on the evening before working days and from 00:00 to 07:00 on the evening before a holiday. There is no night rest on the night of January 1, February 25 and June 24.
Fireworks have 2 ignition cords. Which one to light?
2 ignition cords are on large fireworks. Always use the ignition cord marked "FIRST" to ignite. The second one is necessary if the first one is damaged. If you first light the fuse marked «SECOND», the fireworks will start from the end of the show and the composition will be ruined.
